Custom metal construction: configure online or with measurements and installation
Two paths, one production. You take the measurements yourself, configure your railing, canopy, or gate online, and install it yourself. Or we take on-site measurements, plan in 3D CAD, manufacture, and install. Advice is available for both paths throughout the entire process.
Path 1
Online shop with configurator
Delivery in 3 to 4 weeks. Net prices throughout, purchase on account for businesses.
Measurement by you
The configurator requests each dimension individually, including the dimensions for the installation situation.
Configure and order
The price is displayed immediately, including and excluding VAT. Free PDF quote available from the configuration or from the shopping cart.

After the order is placed, we create a 3D CAD design. Production only begins once you have approved the manufacturing drawing.
Production
In-house or at certified manufacturing partners, in accordance with DIN EN 1090.
Self-assembly
Ready for assembly with connecting parts and instructions. Or you can book an external assembly service.

Project including measurements and installation
3 to 6 weeks from measurement. In-house installation team, final inspection with you.
Measurements by us
We will measure on-site and clarify the substrate, mounting, and access. The measurement is free of charge and non-binding.

Planning, coordination, complete quotation. You approve the drawing before production begins.
Production
In-house production on 1,000 m², certified to DIN EN 1090, execution class EXC 2.
Assembly and acceptance
Own team within a 150 km radius; beyond that, fixed partner companies in Germany and Austria.

How much does the measurement cost?
Nothing. The on-site measurement is free of charge and without obligation, as is the cost estimate.
How long does it take?
An order from the shop will be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. Including measurements and installation, please allow for 3 to 6 weeks.
Can I purchase on account as a business?
Yes. Net prices are listed next to them, payment on invoice is possible, and commercial purchases to other EU countries are also tax-free.
Do you also perform installations further away?
Up to 150 km, our own team handles the installation. Beyond that, we work with established partner companies in Germany and Austria.

Custom canopies
This customer project showcases the Cologne model canopy in use as a combined smoking shelter and waiting area for an industrial plant. The structure was custom-made to precise specifications and professionally installed on site. Thanks to its modular design, the canopy offers flexible configuration options.
Aluminum smoking cabin with prefabricated foundation
For this customer project, the Model R was implemented as a weatherproof smoking shelter – fully pre-assembled on a precast concrete foundation slab. The solution was available particularly quickly and did not require complex foundation construction. This meant that the shelter could be delivered, installed, and used immediately. An ideal solution for outdoor use, it was configured and ordered online.
