Ordering, Shipping & Service

Shipping is free – we do not charge any shipping costs. Details can be found in the shipping policy.

We deliver to Germany, the EU, and Switzerland. The delivery time depends on the product and the season, as many items are made to measure on an order basis – you will find the current delivery time directly on each product page.

Large items requiring freight shipping are delivered by carrier with advance notice by phone, securely packaged and usually on a pallet. For some products, you can add unloading as an option. Pickup in Neunburg vorm Wald is possible by arrangement.

Please note any damage on the freight documents immediately upon delivery and report it to us right away. This rarely happens – and we always strive for an accommodating, uncomplicated resolution.
