Maximum burglary protection through anti-sawing protection.
An internal solid D12mm roll-steel bar prevents sawing through by simply rotating away when an attempt is made to saw through it.
Thus, cutting through with a normal saw is not possible.
Through hardened steel balls, which are glued into the hex socket, drilling out or dismantling by burglars is no longer possible.

Material: Stainless steel 1.4301 V2A, ground K240
Outer bar diameter: selectable 33.7mm or 42.4mm
(From 1500mm length we recommend diameter 42.4mm)
Inner bar: D 12mm round V2A

Length according to customer requirements:
Enter the exact actual mounting distance (window width, reveal dimension) in mm in the selection field.
We manufacture with a -5mm tolerance, which can be compensated with the slip-on sleeve.

2x Torx security screws AW40, galvanized (selectable 7x50mm or 7x105mm length)

Assembly procedure:

  1. Drill holes, insert dowels
  2. Screw on wall connection sleeve
  3. Slide slip-on sleeves over the main tube
  4. Insert the main tube between the wall connection sleeves
  5. Slide slip-on sleeves over the wall connection sleeves and fix with grub screws.
  6. Glue security balls into the hex socket of the grub screws.
