Für den Einbruchschutz reichen die Torx-Sets. Wird die Stange als Absturzsicherung montiert, wirken Kräfte quer zur Wand – dafür die drei unteren Sets mit M10-Ankern.

Was steckt im Set?

Torx-Sicherheitsschrauben AW40 mit Dübel und Einschlagstern. Nach dem Anziehen wird der Stern in den Schraubenkopf geschlagen – danach lässt sich die Schraube von außen nicht mehr herausdrehen. Die 50-mm-Länge reicht, wenn Sie hinter dem Putz direkt auf tragendes Mauerwerk treffen. Im Set liegt ein Bit TX40 bei.

Wann brauche ich die längere Schraube?

Dieselbe Schraube in 105 mm Länge, für den Fall, dass zwischen Oberfläche und tragendem Grund mehr als rund zwei Zentimeter liegen: dicker Altputz, eine Ausgleichsschicht oder eine Riemchenverblendung. Zu kurz gewählt sitzt der Dübel nur im Putz, und der trägt nichts.

Wie der Verbundanker hält

Verbundanker statt Dübel: Siebhülse ins Bohrloch, Injektionsmörtel (Montagekleber) einspritzen, Ankerstange eindrehen. Der Mörtel verkrallt sich durch die Hülse im Stein – deshalb hält die Verbindung auch in Hohlkammerziegeln und Porenbeton, wo ein Spreizdübel versagt. Zugelassen nach ETA-16-0898. Im Set: zwei Ankerstangen Edelstahl M10 × 140 mm für die Montage in der Laibung, Siebhülsen, Injektionsmörtel (Montagekleber), Muttern und Hutmuttern. Blasen Sie das Bohrloch vor dem Einspritzen aus – Bohrmehl ist der häufigste Grund für einen Anker, der später nachgibt.

Warum ein Anker mit thermischer Trennung?

Für Wände mit Wärmedämmverbundsystem. Der Dimos-Anker M12 ist 302 mm lang und reicht durch die Dämmung bis in den tragenden Untergrund; dazwischen sitzt ein Trennmodul aus glasfaserverstärktem Polyamid, das die Kältebrücke unterbricht. Eine vormontierte EPDM-Dichtung schließt die Durchführung gegen Wasser ab. Zugelassen für Loch- und Vollsteine sowie Beton nach ETA-23-0482. Im Set: Dimos-Anker, Siebhülsen, Verlängerungsschlauch für den Statikmischer, Injektionsmörtel (Montagekleber), Gewindestangen 60 mm für die Laibungsmontage und Hutmuttern.

Wie die Rampa-Muffe sitzt

Für Holzständerwände und Holz-Unterkonstruktionen. Die Rampa-Muffe SKL 330 M10 wird mit dem Innensechskant ins tragende Holz eingedreht, danach kommt die Gewindestange hinein. Von einfachen Stockschrauben raten wir ab: Sie arbeiten sich beim Nachjustieren aus dem Holz. Im Set: zwei Rampa-Muffen M10 × 80 aus Edelstahl, zwei Gewindestangen 80 mm für die Montage in der Laibung, Muttern und Hutmuttern. Die Gewindestange lässt sich bauseits kürzen.

    Window Security Bar Security Bar III – Stainless Steel with Anti-Saw Protection

    Effective mechanical burglary protection through a stainless steel window bar – the modern, discreet alternative to a window grille. Manufactured Made in Germany, direct from the manufacturer.

    Maximum Burglary Protection with Anti-Saw Protection

    An internal, solid rolling steel bar (Ø 12 mm) prevents sawing: when attempting to saw, the bar simply rotates away, so that cutting through with a normal saw is not possible. Hardened steel balls, glued into the hex socket of the set screws, additionally prevent drilling out or disassembly.

    As Fall Protection in Front of Floor-Length Windows

    In front of a window that reaches down to the floor, the bar takes on a second task: it keeps someone from falling out. In this case the load pushes against the tube from the inside instead of pulling on it from the outside. This load direction requires a different anchoring – screws with wall plugs are not designed for it.

    In the configurator, therefore, instead of the Torx screws choose one of the three sets with M10 anchors that matches your wall construction: masonry (brick, aerated concrete), external thermal insulation up to 200 mm insulation thickness with a thermally separated anchor against cold bridges, or timber frame construction with a Rampa insert. These are the same sets we supply with our French balconies. How high a barrier has to sit at your window is governed by the building code of your federal state – give us a call if you want to clarify that beforehand.

    Assembly

    1. Drill holes, insert wall plugs
    2. Screw on the wall connection sleeves, hammer the drive-in stars into the screw heads
    3. Slide the sliding sleeves over the main tube
    4. Insert the main tube between the wall connection sleeves
    5. Slide the sliding sleeves over the wall connection sleeves and fix them with set screws
    6. Glue the security balls into the hex socket of the set screws

    Security Bar III or IV – Which One Fits?

    The III sits in the reveal, that is, between the two side walls of the window opening. Where there is no clean reveal or the roller shutter guide is in the way, choose the Security Bar IV – it is screwed in front of the opening with two wall brackets.

    Questions and Answers

    An internal, solid rolling bar (Ø 12 mm V2A) rotates away during a sawing attempt – cutting through with a normal saw is not possible. The outer tube is available in Ø 33.7 or 42.4 mm (from 1500 mm length we recommend 42.4 mm); hardened balls in the hexagon sockets prevent removal.

    Two use cases. As mechanical burglary protection in front of windows on the ground floor, in the basement or on sides of the house that are hard to see – more discreet than a window grille, because only one tube sits in front of the pane and it barely obstructs the view. And as fall protection in front of floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that open for ventilation.

    For the second case, choose one of the three mounting kits with M10 anchors in the configurator: there the forces act perpendicular to the wall, and screws with wall plugs are not designed for that. The height a barrier at your window has to reach is governed by the building regulations of your federal state – if in doubt, just give us a quick call.

    Yes – with the right fixing material. With burglary protection, someone pulls on the bar from outside; with fall protection, someone pushes against it from inside. That is a different load direction, and it determines the anchoring.

    High-quality, rust-free 1.4301 (V2A) stainless steel, brushed. The wall-mounting elements are also made of stainless steel. Manufactured in Germany.

    You state the fixing distance in millimeters – the clear dimension between the two reveal walls the bar is fixed to. Measure at the narrowest point; old plaster rarely runs straight.

    We manufacture 5 mm shorter than ordered. The slip-over sleeves make up this clearance again – without it you would not get the bar into the opening. Lengths from 250 to 2000 mm are possible.

    That depends on the use case. For burglary protection the Torx security screws are enough: 7×50 mm in normal masonry, 7×105 mm if you have to reach through thick plaster or a soft layer into the load-bearing substrate.

    The Security Bar III is fixed into the wall with one screw per wall connection, so it has two fixing points. The sets are sized accordingly as 2-piece sets.
