DB703 is not a RAL shade but a micaceous iron oxide effect paint: a metallic shimmering dark gray that shows the texture of the surface depending on how the light falls. On fences and gates it is the standard for anything meant to look like wrought-iron work without demanding the care of a classic wrought-iron surface.

Fence, gate and posts in the same shade

Make sure to take fence panels, garden gate and driveway gate from the same range. Effect paints such as DB703 match each other less well than solid shades – two batches from different manufacturers side by side are noticeable. You will find matching gates under Garden gates and Driveway gates.
