Awarded in 2023 and 2024. Since 2025, our category no longer exists.
Twice our customers voted us to the top in “Germany’s Best Online Shops” by DISQ and ntv – in 2023 and 2024, both times in the Metal parts & cut-to-size category. No jury, no bought-and-paid-for badge: the basis was more than 77,000 customer votes from a population-representative survey.
Since 2025 we are no longer on the list. The reason is not in our figures, it is in the study design: the Metal parts & cut-to-size category is no longer surveyed. In 2024 there were 98 categories, in 2025 there were 93, and in 2026 there are 96 – ours is not among any of them. A category that is not surveyed cannot receive any votes.

It has not made us weld any less. Quite the opposite.
What has been added since the last certificate
Configure any size online – quote straight from the shopping cart
Railing, porch roof, French balcony: you put your own version together – size, material, finish, mounting – and see the price immediately. No enquiry form sitting in an inbox for three days. If you need a written quote for the building file, you generate it straight from the shopping cart.
All prices are shown net. Business customers can work on with them right away, and so can EU customers with tax exemption. Private or commercial makes no difference to the process here.
You see the drawing before the first cut is made
After your order we produce a 3D CAD plan of your structure. You approve the drawing, and only then does material go into production. If a dimension is wrong, a number on the drawing changes instead of a part that has already been welded.
That is exactly what this step is for: dimensions taken on the shell construction instead of the finished surface, or a mounting that would end up in the insulation layer, come to light here – not on the building site.
Master craftsman business since 1955 – manufactured in Germany
Manufacturing takes place in our own workshop or at certified manufacturing partners in Germany. Delivery includes assembly instructions for self-assembly; if you would rather not do the fitting yourself, you can book the installation service as well.
Our standard does not hang on a certificate
Whether a study surveys our industry is not for us to decide. What ends up on your façade is. We still count ourselves among the best metalwork online shops in the German-speaking region – and we would rather deliver the proof on site at your place than on a stage in Berlin.

Germany’s Best Online Shops 2024
Shopping around the clock, convenient delivery and a right of return on top – online shopping is popular with many people. But not every provider on the internet is worth recommending. A major consumer survey by the German Institute for Service Quality and the news channel ntv reveals which online shops are top: a good 77,000 customer opinions determined the best companies in 98 categories. The “Germany’s Best Online Shops 2024” award ceremony took place at the Bertelsmann representative office in Berlin.
As part of the population-representative consumer survey conducted via an online panel, customer satisfaction with online shops was assessed in the areas of value for money, product range, customer service, website/app, ordering and payment terms as well as shipping and returns. Numerous individual aspects were taken into account, such as product quality and product variety, advisory competence by phone, email and chat, payment options and delivery options, shipping costs and speed as well as returns processing. Customers’ willingness to recommend the company was also included in the overall result. A total of 944 companies were evaluated; 867 online shops, each with at least 80 votes, were included in the individual evaluation. A total of 77,255 customer opinions were received.
