PV- und Solarzäune: Sichtschutz, der gleichzeitig Strom erzeugt

PV- und Solarzäune kombinieren einen Zaun mit integrierter Photovoltaik. Statt Dachflächen zu nutzen, wird die Grundstücksgrenze zur funktionalen PV- und Solarfläche: Sie schirmt Blicke ab und erzeugt zugleich Strom. Das ist besonders dort interessant, wo das Dach belegt, verschattet oder statisch nicht geeignet ist.

Aufbau: Module ohne Bohrung im Alu-Pfosten

Stabile Alu-Pfosten mit Nuten nehmen rahmenlose Glas-Glas-PV-Module auf. Die Fixierung erfolgt ohne Schrauben über eine Glas-Nut-Dichtung: Modul einsetzen, ausrichten, sicher fixieren. Alternativ lassen sich Standard-Rahmenmodule mit speziellen Alu-Winkeln montieren, die für jedes Modul passen, ohne das Modul anzubohren.

Kabelführung und Anschluss

Die Kabel werden durch speziell angefertigte Blechabdeckungen verdeckt und geschützt. Die Leitungsführung erfolgt nach unten und über Leerrohre im Boden zum Wechselrichter beziehungsweise zur Verbindung weiterer Zaunfelder. Der elektrische Anschluss gehört in die Hand einer Elektrofachkraft.

Für wen der Bausatz gedacht ist

Der PV-Solar-Zaun ist als Bausatz konzipiert und eignet sich für Privatkunden ebenso wie für Fachbetriebe: Elektriker, PV-Installateure sowie Zaun- und Metallbauer. Basismodul und Anbaumodul lassen sich zu beliebig langen Zaunanlagen kombinieren.

Passende Ergänzungen und Alternativen

Wer den Sichtschutz ohne Photovoltaik sucht, findet im Flexo-Aluminium-Zaunsystem die gleiche Pfostenlogik mit Füllungen aus Glas, Alu-Rhombus oder Holz. Für die klassische Grundstückseinfriedung sind Doppelstabmattenzäune die günstigere Lösung; passende Pfosten und Anschlussteile stehen unter Zubehör für Zäune & Tore.

The sturdy aluminum posts feature grooves that accept frameless glass-glass modules. The modules are secured entirely without screws using a glass-groove seal – insert the module, align it, and it is held securely. Alternatively, standard framed modules can be mounted using special aluminum brackets that fit any module without having to drill into it.

The cables are safely concealed and protected from the weather by custom-made sheet metal covers. The wiring runs downward and through conduits in the ground to the inverter or to connect additional fence sections. This keeps the look clean and the electrical components protected.

The system has a modular design, so you can extend the fence length flexibly:

  • Base module: forms the starting point and includes 1 module with 2 posts – a complete, fully free-standing first fence section.
  • Extension module: extends an existing installation by 1 module with 1 post, as the neighboring post is shared.
