PV & solar fences – where privacy meets photovoltaics

PV solar fences combine fencing with integrated photovoltaics and active solar power generation. Instead of using roof space, the property line becomes a functional PV and solar surface that provides privacy while simultaneously generating electricity. The PV solar fence is designed as a kit and is suitable for both private customers and specialist companies (electricians, PV installers, fence and metal construction companies).

A well-designed fence concept: Sturdy aluminum posts with grooves for mounting frameless glass-glass PV modules. The modules are fixed without screws using a glass-groove seal – simply insert, align, and securely fix them. Alternatively , standard framed PV modules can be used in combination with special aluminum brackets that fit each module without requiring drilling.

The cables are securely concealed and protected by specially manufactured sheet metal covers. The cables are routed downwards and through conduits in the ground to the inverter or to connect further fence panels.
