Foundation & Ground Anchoring

- Optional delivery includes a precast concrete foundation slab. This eliminates the need for complex foundation work. The base slab is laid flush with the ground on a sand or gravel bed prepared on-site. Features include a textured surface, slip resistance class R13, 300 x 300 mm joint pattern, smooth formwork edges, chamfered edges, and includes the necessary reinforcement up to 15 kg/m².
Green roof
Optional, modular and sustainable green roof system with sedum plants. The modules can be securely integrated into the trapezoidal profile.
lighting
Standard lighting with InLight, including presence detectors, vandal-proof and integrated into the roof structure. Optionally expandable with a VersoVolt photovoltaic system for self-sufficient power supply without excavation work.
Instructions for installation by us
- Foundations must be constructed on-site according to our specifications.
- Foundation plan will be provided with the order confirmation.
- Design for normal soil conditions (2 kg/cm²)
- Drilling depth at least 100 mm, free of reinforcement
- No utility lines in the area of the ground anchoring
- No longitudinal or transverse slope is taken into account in the offer.
- Gradient adjustment available on request for an additional charge.
- Foundations level, max. height difference ± 5 mm
- Doweling is not permitted on paved or asphalt surfaces.
