Hot-dip galvanized steel structure with large glass surfaces and a mono-pitch roof in variable sizes, with selectable side walls and a pre-approved type-tested structural calculation.
An attractive shelter that is clearly visible from all sides, ideally suited for people or two-wheelers, made of galvanized steel profiles and safety glass. Load-bearing frame structure made of profile tubes. Mono-pitch roof made of laminated safety glass (VSG) with drainage via bituminized bent profiles at the rear of the roof. Drainage is provided by a water spout to the rear (water outlet approx. 120 mm above the ground).

Corrosion protection: The entire structure is galvanized, primed and color-coated or painted with an environmentally friendly two-component paint.

Variable sizes and numerous options for rear and side walls – including printable ESG – create weatherproof canopies for vehicles, materials or comfortable shelter areas. Individual coloring, implemented in at least C4 medium quality, supports your CI concepts and design requirements.

The existing type-tested structural calculation for high wind loads and snow loads saves you time and money.

Delivery options:

• Kit delivery - The double-sided models Passau P22, P23, P24 can only be supplied as a kit.

Options for foundation, base plates, fastening:

The following options are available for fastening to the ground or for the foundation:

• Fastening to an existing foundation (OKF +/-0) - for dowel-fixing onto foundation points or base plates provided by the customer.
• Paved ground (OKF -200) - For this you receive support posts extended by 200mm, which are fastened with bolts or Highbond anchors and then paved over. Lengths other than 200mm are also possible on request.

Options for unloading and on-site installation:

• Self-unloading - You have the option of unloading the goods yourself on site, so we do not need a crane truck.
• Unloading by crane truck - Delivery and unloading on site by crane truck, without installation.
• Unloading by crane truck incl. on-site installation - The canopy is unloaded, positioned and professionally installed on site by us and doweled to the ground.

• Lighting - Toplight LED luminaire - Energy-efficient lighting system with LED technology for more safety in the dark. Even illumination of the shelter is achieved by a wide-beam transverse prism.
• Lighting with photovoltaics - identical to Toplight LED with solar panel incl. post and base plate for dowel-fixing. Independent of the power grid. The built-in battery has a capacity of 432 Wh.

Notes if installation is carried out by us:
The required foundations must be provided by the customer according to our specifications.
With the order confirmation you will receive a foundation plan, whereby we assume normal ground conditions (2 kg/cm²) for the dimensioning.
It must be ensured that holes of at least 100 mm can be drilled into the base plate free of reinforcement.
There are no supply lines in the area of the ground dowel fixing.
In the quotation we assume that there is no longitudinal or transverse slope to an extent that would require an adjustment of the structure.
In specific cases we will gladly offer you a slope adjustment (at extra cost) on request.
Foundations to be created must be executed on the same level and horizontally without slope, with a max. height difference of +/- 5 mm.
Dowel fixing by our installation team on paved or asphalt surfaces (tar, bitumen, etc.) is not permitted.

Packaging:
The packaging material required for truck transport (wood, PE film, cardboard, etc.) is disposed of by you on site.

Delivery time:
approx. 6-8 weeks after order confirmation

Exclusion from exchange:
Items that are coated in RAL colors, special designs or individually manufactured items are excluded from exchange (return).
