Wie der Verbundanker hält

Verbundanker statt Dübel: Siebhülse ins Bohrloch, Injektionsmörtel (Montagekleber) einspritzen, Ankerstange eindrehen. Der Mörtel verkrallt sich durch die Hülse im Stein. Deshalb hält die Verbindung auch in Hohlkammerziegeln und Porenbeton, wo ein Spreizdübel versagt. Zugelassen nach ETA-16-0898. Im Set: vier Ankerstangen Edelstahl M10, 210 mm für die vorgesetzte Montage mit Abstandshalter oder 140 mm für die Montage in der Laibung und mit Winkel, dazu Siebhülsen, Injektionsmörtel (Montagekleber), Muttern und Hutmuttern. Blasen Sie das Bohrloch vor dem Einspritzen aus: Bohrmehl ist der häufigste Grund für einen Anker, der später nachgibt.

Warum ein Anker mit thermischer Trennung?

Für Wände mit Wärmedämmverbundsystem. Der Dimos-Anker M12 ist 302 mm lang und reicht durch bis zu 200 mm Dämmung in den tragenden Untergrund. Dazwischen sitzt ein Trennmodul aus glasfaserverstärktem Polyamid, das die Kältebrücke unterbricht. Eine vormontierte EPDM-Dichtung schließt die Durchführung gegen Wasser ab. Zugelassen für Loch- und Vollsteine sowie Beton nach ETA-23-0482. Im Set für vier Befestigungspunkte: Dimos-Anker, Siebhülsen, Verlängerungsschlauch für den Statikmischer, Injektionsmörtel (Montagekleber), Gewindestangen (140 mm vorgesetzt, 60 mm in der Laibung oder mit Winkel) und Hutmuttern.

Wie die Rampa-Muffe sitzt

Für Holzständerwände und Holz-Unterkonstruktionen. Die Rampa-Muffe SKL 330 M10 wird mit dem Innensechskant ins tragende Holz eingedreht, danach kommt die Gewindestange hinein. Von einfachen Stockschrauben raten wir ab: Sie arbeiten sich beim Nachjustieren aus dem Holz. Im Set: vier Rampa-Muffen M10 × 80 aus Edelstahl, vier Gewindestangen Edelstahl (150 mm für die vorgesetzte Montage, 80 mm für die Montage in der Laibung), Muttern und Hutmuttern. Die Gewindestange lässt sich bauseits kürzen.

    French Balcony Model Paris Powder-Coated – Made-to-Measure Fall Protection

    With a modern design, in your desired color: high-quality French balcony in galvanized, powder-coated steel – Made in Germany, direct from the manufacturer. All joints are sturdily and professionally welded. For the infill bars, we use only solid material (Ø 12 mm) instead of inferior round tubing.

    Choosing a color

    In the configurator you select the color directly via the color swatches: RAL 7016 anthracite grey, RAL 9010 pure white, RAL 9005 jet black, DB 703 micaceous iron oxide, RAL 7015 slate grey, RAL 7001 silver grey and RAL 0405030 rust-colored. Need a different shade? Select “color of your choice” and enter the RAL or DB number in the comments field – at no extra charge.     Determining the mounting distance

    Enter the value in mm in the configurator (mounting distance = mounting width = drill hole spacing). Keep a distance of approx. 10 cm from the wall edge, otherwise the masonry may break out during drilling. Example: 1000 mm window width + 100 mm left + 100 mm right = 1200 mm.

    Mounting kit – depending on your wall

    Add the mounting hardware in the configurator according to your wall type. Observe the applicable building regulations and check with your local building authority in advance; liability for selecting the correct mounting hardware and for proper installation lies with the installer on site.

    A French balcony is fall protection for floor-to-ceiling or French windows: it reliably secures the opening while visually enhancing the facade. With us, every balcony is individually made to measure – Made in Germany.

    You can choose from galvanized steel, rust-free V2A stainless steel, or galvanized and additionally powder-coated steel in any RAL color. There are also special versions such as wood/stainless steel (larch), laser-cut design panels, and modern all-glass variants.

    Yes. You specify your mounting distance in mm and we manufacture individually – professionally welded in accordance with DIN EN 1090. The standard height is 1000 mm (special heights on request); for the bars, we maintain the standard-compliant maximum spacing of 120 mm.

    For face-mounted wall installation: window width (reveal dimension) plus approx. 100 mm overhang on the left and right – e.g. 1000 mm + 100 mm + 100 mm = 1200 mm. Keep at least 10 cm from the wall edge so the masonry does not break out when drilling. For installation in the reveal, the mounting distance equals the reveal dimension.

    The right kit depends on your wall: standard masonry (brick, aerated concrete), thermal insulation (ETICS) with thermal separation to avoid cold bridges, or timber-frame construction. You add it in the configurator to match.

    As fall protection, the French balcony is subject to building regulations (e.g. regarding height). Please observe the applicable regulations and check with your local building authority in advance. Liability for selecting the correct mounting material and for proper fastening lies with the installer on site.

    Delivery is by freight forwarder – free of charge within Germany and to Austria. You can carry out the installation yourself with the matching mounting kit, or commission our installation team. You order directly from the manufacturer; a quantity discount is available from 3 units.
