Groundwork and Foundations, provided by the customer, not included in the scope of delivery:

  • Foundations must be prepared by the customer according to our specifications
  • Foundation plan will be provided with the order confirmation
  • Dimensioning for normal soil conditions (2 kg/cm²)
  • Drilling depth at least 100 mm, reinforcement-free
  • No utility lines in the area of ground anchoring
  • No longitudinal or transverse slope considered in the offer

Green Roof: Optional, modular, and sustainable green roof with sedum plants. The modules can be securely integrated into the trapezoidal profile.

Delivery including ready-made concrete foundation slab. This eliminates extensive foundation work. The base plate is laid at ground level on a sand or gravel bed prepared by the customer. Structured surface, slip resistance class R13, stone joint grid 300 × 300 mm, formwork-smooth end faces, circumferential edge break, including statically required reinforcement up to 15 kg/m².

Universal: as a bike canopy or bike shed, smoking shelter, waiting shelter, bin storage, or tool shed. You choose the cladding to suit the intended use.

A hot-dip galvanized steel construction (60 mm tube), primed and color-coated in the RAL or DB color of your choice, with a trapezoidal sheet metal roof (underside in RAL 9002 gray white). Corrosion protection C4 medium in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944-2, 5-year warranty.

A choice of clear tempered safety glass (ESG), tempered glass with ceramic screen printing (motif of your choice), aluminum perforated sheet in the frame color, or Douglas fir wood cladding.

Snow load Sk 1.90 kN/m² (1.45 kN/m² as a kit), suitable for wind load zones I–III and approved throughout Germany; type structural analysis is available.

Both are possible: fully pre-assembled at the factory and delivered/positioned by crane truck (on request including assembly and ground anchoring), or as a kit for self-assembly where access is restricted. Drainage is via a water spout on the rear corner post.
