Bicycle shelter, smoking shelter K4 b/b - galvanized steel, powder-coated in color of your choice

Hot-dip galvanized flat roof steel construction with weatherproof corrugated sheet metal roof in variable sizes, selectable side walls and pre-tested structural analysis.
An attractively designed smoking shelter, offering excellent visibility from all sides, constructed from galvanized steel profiles and safety glass. The load-bearing frame is made of profiled tubing. The flat roof (purlin-free roof system) consists of a continuous 150 mm folded profile with an integrated, bitumen-lined gutter. The roof is covered with profiled sheet metal, strip-galvanized on both sides and powder-coated in a color similar to RAL 9002 Grey White. Drainage is achieved through a downspout at the rear right corner post, exiting approximately 120 mm above ground level.

Corrosion protection: The entire structure is galvanized, primed and color-coated or painted with environmentally friendly two-component paint.
Corrosivity protection class: C4 medium (corrosivity in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944-2)

Delivery options:

Options for foundation, base plates, fastening:

The following options are available for securing the device to the ground or for the foundation:

• Fastening to existing foundation (OKF +/-0) - for anchoring to foundation points or base plates provided on site.
• Paved subgrade (OKF -200) - For this, you will receive support pillars extended by 200 mm, which are fastened using bolts or high-bond anchors and then paved over. Other lengths besides 200 mm are also available upon request.

Including base plate:

With a prefabricated reinforced concrete base plate. This eliminates the need for expensive and time-consuming foundation work. The base plate is placed flush with the ground onto your prepared sand or gravel bed. The neutral design of the base plate also ensures a visually appealing overall appearance. 4720 x 2360 x 140 mm (approx. 3800 kg)
Precast reinforced concrete slab with a textured surface, slip resistance class of the concrete surface: R13. Additional 300x300 mm joint pattern. Formwork-smooth ends, hand-smoothed underside, chamfered edges all around. Includes statically required reinforcement up to 15 kg/m². Includes 4 transport anchors.

Green roof: (optional)

Modular, sustainable green roofs. Create real added value for people and nature. The system consists of modules that can be easily and securely integrated into the trapezoidal profile of our roofs. The modules comprise special trays planted with resilient sedum plants.

InLight+ lighting with VersoVolt: (optional)

Charge during the day, illuminate at night – the InLight+ integrates seamlessly into the trapezoidal sheet metal of the roof structure and is vandal-resistant. Thanks to energy-efficient LED lighting with an intelligent presence detector, it saves energy, dims when not in use, and illuminates all night in winter. The photovoltaic system (VersoVolt) on the roof powers the lighting autonomously, without the need for excavation work for a grid connection.

• Unloading by crane truck - Delivery and unloading on site by crane truck, without assembly.
• Unloading by crane truck including on-site assembly - the canopy is unloaded, positioned and professionally assembled on-site by us and anchored to the ground.

Instructions for installation by us:
The necessary foundations must be constructed on-site according to our specifications.
With the order confirmation you will receive a foundation plan, whereby we assume normal soil conditions (2 kg/m²) for the design.
It must be ensured that the boreholes can be drilled into the base plate without reinforcement, with a depth of at least 100 mm.
There are no supply lines in the area of ​​the ground anchoring.
In our offer, we assume no longitudinal or transverse slope to such an extent that an adjustment of the design is necessary.
In this specific case, we will gladly offer you a slope adjustment upon request (for an additional charge).
The foundations to be constructed must be level and horizontal, without any slope, and with a maximum height difference of +/- 5 mm.
Anchoring by our installation team on paved or asphalt surfaces (tar, bitumen, etc.) is not permitted.

Packaging:
You will be responsible for disposing of the packaging material required for truck transport (wood, PE film, cardboard, etc.) on site.

Delivery time:
approximately 6-10 weeks after order confirmation

Exclusion from exchange:
Items coated in RAL colors, custom-made items, or individually manufactured items are excluded from exchange (return).
