Bicycle shelter, smoking shelter K4 b/b - galvanized steel, powder-coated in color of your choice

Hot-dip galvanized flat-roof steel construction with weatherproof corrugated iron roof in variable sizes, selectable side walls and pre-approved type statics.
A shapely smoking shelter, easily visible from all sides, made of galvanized steel profiles and safety glass. Load-bearing frame construction made of profile tubes. Flat roof (purlin-less roof system) made of circumferential folded profile (150 mm) with internal, bituminized gutter. Roof covering made of profiled sheet metal, hot-dip galvanized on both sides and color-coated similar to RAL 9002 Grey White. Drainage takes place through the rear right corner post by means of a gargoyle to the rear (water outlet approx. 120 mm above the ground).

Corrosion protection: The entire construction is galvanized, primed and color-coated or painted with environmentally friendly two-component paint.
Corrosivity protection class: C4 medium (corrosivity in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944-2)

Delivery options:

• Fully assembled - The canopy is delivered fully assembled and positioned at the customer's site by a crane truck. Crane truck delivery checklist - please click on the link!
• Kit delivery - If the installation location is in a place not accessible by crane truck.

Options for foundation, base plates, fastening:

The following options are available for fastening to the ground or for founding:

• Fastening to existing foundation (OKF +/-0) - for doweling onto foundation points or base plates constructed on site.
• Paved subsurface (OKF -200) - For this purpose, you will receive support pillars extended by 200mm, which are fastened by means of bolts or high-bond anchors and then paved over. Other lengths than 200mm are also possible on request.

Including base plate:

With prefabricated reinforced concrete base plate. This eliminates expensive and time-consuming foundation work. The base plate is placed at ground level on the sand or gravel bed you have prepared. With the neutrally designed base plate, you also ensure a visually attractive overall effect. 4720x2360x140 mm (approx. 3800 kg)
Reinforced concrete prefabricated slab with structured top, slip resistance class of the concrete surface: R13. Additional stone joint grid 300x300 mm. Formwork-smooth end faces, underside hand-smoothed, all-round edge break. Including statistically required reinforcement up to 15 kg/m2. Including 4 transport anchors.

Green roof: (optional)

Modular, sustainable green roof. Create real added value for people and nature. The system consists of modules that can be easily and securely integrated into the trapezoidal profile of our roofs. The modules consist of special trays equipped with resistant sedum plants.

InLight+ with VersoVolt lighting: (optional)

Charging during the day, lighting at night - the InLight+ integrates seamlessly into the trapezoidal sheet metal of the roof construction and is vandal-proof. Thanks to energy-efficient LED lighting with an intelligent presence detector, it saves energy, dims when not in use and lights up all night in winter. The photovoltaic system (VersoVolt) on the roof supplies the lighting autonomously, without excavation work for a power grid connection.

• Self-unloading - You have the option of unloading the goods yourself on site, so we do not need a crane truck.
• Unloading by crane truck - Delivery and unloading on site by crane truck, without assembly.
• Unloading by crane truck incl. on-site assembly - The canopy is unloaded, positioned and professionally assembled on site by us and doweled to the ground.

Notes on assembly by us:
The required foundations are to be constructed on site according to our specifications.
With the order confirmation you will receive a foundation plan, whereby we assume normal soil conditions (2 kg/sqcm) for the dimensioning.
It must be ensured that drillings of at least 100 mm can be made into the base plate without reinforcement.
There are no supply lines in the area of the floor doweling.
The offer assumes no longitudinal or transverse slope to such an extent that an adaptation of the construction is necessary.
In the specific case, we would be happy to offer you a slope adaptation (at extra charge) on request.
Foundations to be constructed must be on the same level and level without a slope, with a maximum height difference of +/- 5 mm.
Doweling by our assembly team on paved or asphalt surfaces (tar, bitumen, etc.) is not permitted.

Packaging:
The packaging material required for truck transport (wood, PE film, cardboard, etc.) will be disposed of by you on site.

Delivery time:
approx. 6-10 weeks after order confirmation

Exclusion from exchange:
Articles that are coated according to RAL colors, custom-made, or individually manufactured, are excluded from exchange (return).
