Alternative design of the cladding / side panels: Wooden cladding made of high-quality Douglas fir (European larch), toughened safety glass (ESG), clear transparent glass, toughened safety glass (ESG) with ceramic screen print, motif of choice

Delivery incl. finished concrete foundation slab. This eliminates complex foundation work. The base plate is laid at ground level on a sand or gravel bed prepared by the customer. Structured surface, slip resistance class R13, stone joint grid 300 × 300 mm, smooth formwork end faces, continuous edge chamfer, incl. statically required reinforcement up to 15 kg/m².

Footprint 4,180 × 2,160 mm (4.2 × 2.2 m), height 2,510 mm (clear height 2,360 mm). The K40 model is equipped with a double sliding door and aluminum perforated sheet cladding – ideal as a lockable bike or bin shed.

Universal: as a bike canopy or bike shed, smoking shelter, waiting shelter, bin storage, or tool shed. You choose the cladding to suit the intended use.

A hot-dip galvanized steel construction (60 mm tube), primed and color-coated in the RAL or DB color of your choice, with a trapezoidal sheet metal roof (underside in RAL 9002 gray white). Corrosion protection C4 medium in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944-2, 5-year warranty.

A choice of clear tempered safety glass (ESG), tempered glass with ceramic screen printing (motif of your choice), aluminum perforated sheet in the frame color, or Douglas fir wood cladding.

Snow load Sk 1.90 kN/m² (1.45 kN/m² as a kit), suitable for wind load zones I–III and approved throughout Germany; type structural analysis is available.

Both are possible: fully pre-assembled at the factory and delivered/positioned by crane truck (on request including assembly and ground anchoring), or as a kit for self-assembly where access is restricted. Drainage is via a water spout on the rear corner post.

Mounting on an existing foundation (top of foundation ±0) or, on paved ground, with a 20 cm post extension (top of foundation −20). Optionally, we supply a precast concrete foundation slab (slip resistance class R13, joint grid 300×300 mm), eliminating extensive foundation work.
