The BERLIN senior bench combines well-thought-out seating comfort with high stability – designed for people who appreciate a little more support when sitting down and standing up. With a raised seat, sturdy armrests, and a massive construction of flat steel and wood, it is the ideal outdoor bench for senior facilities, spa and clinic gardens, parks, cemeteries, and public green spaces.

Individually configurable: Choose the type of wood (impregnated spruce or natural larch), the finish (hot-dip galvanized or additionally powder-coated in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey), and the design with or without intermediate armrests for each seat – so the BERLIN fits exactly to your location and budget.

Compared to classic park benches, the raised seating position of approx. 520 mm noticeably relieves knee and hip joints and makes standing up easier – a real gain in safety in everyday life. The ergonomically shaped armrests provide additional support; in the version with intermediate armrests, even each of the four seats gets its own armrest.

The frame consists of solid flat steel and is hot-dip galvanized in every version, thus reliably protected against corrosion; on request, powder coating in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey can be added. The seat and backrest made of larch or impregnated spruce wood ensure a pleasant feel in all weather conditions. The bench is delivered fully assembled and is prepared for bolting down; the appropriate mounting material is included.

Both versions are hot-dip galvanized and therefore fundamentally protected against rust. In the 'with intermediate armrests' version, each of the four seats has its own armrest – not just the two outer seats. This gives every user firm support when sitting down and standing up and creates clearly separated, comfortable seats; ideal for senior care facilities and heavily used areas. In the 'without intermediate armrests' version, only the two side armrests are present.

Both types of wood are suitable for outdoor use, and the price is the same. Spruce is impregnated and the classic standard choice. Larch is naturally particularly weather-resistant and durable and offers a warm appearance. So simply choose based on your preferred look and longevity.
