Fence Package - Double-Rod Mesh Fence 5/4/5 with Posts Model BLACKY Galvanized and Powder-Coated in RAL 9005 (Jet Black)

The BLACKY fence set consists of double-rod mesh panels including matching posts and is offered in a height of 1005 mm and lengths of up to 30 m.
The BLACKY rod grid fence impresses with its jet black shade RAL 9005 and a special combination of double-rod and single-rod connections. The fence panels feature double rods at the top and bottom. In addition, another double rod is located at a height of about 600 mm. This double-rod mesh fence is available in a galvanized plus powder-coated (RAL 9005 jet black) finish. Special RAL colors are also available on request. Panels without rod overhang can be manufactured in any height on request.
Under normal weather conditions, the protective zinc layer lasts up to 30 years. The additional plastic coating in RAL colors extends this protection by many more years.

Can I cut the fence panels to size or shorten them?
Yes, you can cut the mesh panels to size with an angle grinder. The cut edges should be coated with zinc spray and paint to protect them against corrosion.

How can corners be designed?
For corners larger or smaller than 90°, simply set 2 posts, bend the mesh panel, or attach a U-profile fence connection strip. More on this in the Montageanleitung.pdf.

Are the posts only available for setting in concrete?
Yes, in this standard product range, posts are only available for setting in concrete.
However, the posts can also be shortened on site, so the base plate adapter can be inserted into the post tube from below and the fence post can be dowel-mounted.

How are the fence panels connected to the gate post?
Gates are always delivered with 2 posts. The fence connection can be made using continuous perforated fence angle strips

Questions and Answers

These numbers indicate the wire thicknesses in millimeters. The first and third numbers refer to the diameter of the two horizontal wires, the middle number to that of the vertical wire. Heavy versions such as 8:6:8 offer maximum stability for industry and high security needs, while lighter variants are ideal for private properties.

A standard fence panel has a fixed width of 2510 mm and a mesh size of 50 x 200 mm. The available heights range flexibly from 800 mm to 2400 mm and can be selected in precise increments of 200 mm.

Thanks to high-quality hot-dip galvanizing to DIN EN ISO 1461, the steel is permanently protected against rust. The optional powder coating in anthracite (RAL 7016) or moss green (RAL 6005) also makes the fence UV-resistant and completely maintenance-free.

Yes, that is easily possible. Weather-resistant plastic privacy strips can simply be woven into the mesh of the fence panels afterwards to create an opaque barrier and effective wind protection.

For maximum structural stability in soil, setting the posts in concrete is recommended. On existing concrete foundations, walls, or paved surfaces, the posts can instead be securely bolted down using sturdy base plates.

The approx. 30 mm long fence spikes can be mounted pointing either upward or downward. Pointing upward, they serve as a climb-over deterrent for added security; pointing downward, they minimize the risk of injury for children and pets.

Complete sets already include all necessary components such as fence panels, matching posts, and all fastening material for the chosen fence length. This simplifies planning and guarantees that all parts fit together perfectly.

Systems such as continuous cover strips or individual clamp holders are available for fixing the panels. The fence can also be configured as needed with aluminum post caps, base plates, or integrated fence lighting.

Thanks to the modular design of the systems, the fence can be precisely adapted to different terrain profiles. On slopes or gradients, the individual fence panels are simply mounted on the posts in a stepped arrangement.
