Corall 3 VSG Aluminum Canopy – Pyramid Canopy with Rain Gutter on Three Sides

The Corall 3 canopy is a pyramid canopy made of aluminum with 8 mm laminated safety glass. The glass panels rise towards the wall from every side, and the rain gutter runs around the roof on three sides. This way no water drips down at any edge, neither at the front nor at the sides next to the door. It is the right choice for entrances where you also stand under the roof at the sides, for example at doors with a side panel or a landing.

The 1,025 mm projection is available from 2,200 mm width. We manufacture intermediate sizes and special shapes on request.

Available at no surcharge in RAL 9016 white, RAL 7016 anthracite matt, RAL 9007 grey aluminum matt and DB 703 iron mica matt. The fine-texture surfaces in RAL 7016 anthracite and DB 703 iron mica as well as the stainless steel look version are available at a surcharge; the surcharge is already included in the variant price shown. Further RAL shades on request.

What to look out for when choosing

Measure the width of the area above the door that is free of window sills, lights and downpipes. The projection should cover the top step; with a landing in front of the door, 1,025 mm or more makes sense. Plan the water spout so that the water does not drip onto the path or the steps; from 2,400 mm width the roof has two spouts. The brackets need a load-bearing substrate of masonry or concrete. With external thermal insulation composite systems, please contact us before ordering.

On request and at extra cost, a matte glass film and a self-cleaning effect (Pilkington Activ) are available. For acrylic glass models, additional versions such as satin finish or clear textured are possible.

A small front door porch roof is exempt from permits in most federal states. In the case of listed buildings or if the porch roof extends into the public street space, the building authority should be contacted in advance.
