Hot-dip galvanized steel structure with large glass surfaces and a monopitch roof in variable sizes, with selectable side walls and pre-approved type statics.
A shapely shelter, easily visible from all sides, ideally suited for people or bicycles, made of galvanized steel profiles and safety glass. Load-bearing frame construction made of profile tubes. Monopitch roof made of laminated safety glass (VSG) with drainage via bitumen-coated edge profiles at the rear of the roof. Drainage is via gargoyles on both sides (water outlet approx. 120 mm above the ground).

Corrosion Protection: The entire structure is galvanized, primed, and color-coated or painted with environmentally friendly two-component paint.

Glass design screen printing:
The wall elements made of toughened safety glass (ESG) are printed with stripes, grids, ornaments, coats of arms, logos, photos, etc.
There are no limits to your design. They also offer the ideal blank canvas for advertising, notices, pictograms, etc.

• Kit delivery - The double-sided models Passau P22, P23, P24 can only be delivered as a kit.

Options for foundation, base plates, fastening:

For fastening to the ground or for the foundation, the following options are available:

• Fastening to existing foundation (OKF +/-0) - for bolting to foundation points or base plates provided by the customer.
• Paved subsoil (OKF -200) - For this, you receive support pillars extended by 200mm, which are fastened with bolts or high-bond anchors and then paved over. Other lengths than 200mm are also available on request.

Options for unloading and on-site assembly:

• Self-unloading - You have the option of unloading the goods yourself on site, so we do not need a crane truck.
• Unloading by crane truck - Delivery and unloading on site by crane truck, without assembly.
• Unloading by crane truck incl. on-site assembly - Shelter is unloaded by us, positioned, professionally assembled on site, and doweled to the ground.

• Lighting - Toplight LED luminaire - Energy-efficient lighting system with LED technology for more safety in the dark. Uniform illumination of the shelter is achieved by a wide-beam cross prism.
• Lighting with photovoltaics - identical to Toplight LED with solar panel incl. post and base plate for bolting. Independent of the power grid. The built-in battery has a capacity of 432 Wh.
• Heating - Infrared radiant heater, specially designed for roofing systems. The flexibly attachable radio push button (battery-free) simplifies installation. The time control supports the sustainable operation of the heating.

Notes on assembly by us:
The necessary foundations are to be constructed by the customer according to our specifications.
With the order confirmation, you will receive a foundation plan, whereby we assume normal ground conditions (2 kg/sqcm) for dimensioning.
It must be ensured that drillings of at least 100 mm can be made into the base plate without reinforcement.
There are no supply lines in the area of the floor dowelling.
The offer assumes no longitudinal or transverse gradient to such an extent that an adaptation of the construction is necessary.
In specific cases, we would be happy to offer you a gradient adjustment (at an additional cost) on request.
Foundations to be constructed must be on the same level and level without a gradient, with a maximum height difference of +/- 5 mm.
Doweling by our assembly team on paved or asphalt surfaces (tar, bitumen, etc.) is not permitted.

Packaging:
The packaging material required for truck transport (wood, PE film, cardboard, etc.) will be disposed of by you on site.

Delivery time:
approx. 6-8 weeks after order confirmation

Exclusion from exchange:
Items coated in RAL colors, custom-made items, or individually manufactured items are excluded from exchange (return).
