Hot-dip galvanized steel structure with large glass surfaces and a monopitch roof in variable sizes, with selectable side panels and a pre-checked type-tested structural calculation.
An attractively shaped shelter that is clearly visible from all sides, ideally suited for people or two-wheelers, made of galvanized steel profiles and safety glass. Load-bearing frame construction made of profile tubes. Monopitch roof of laminated safety glass (VSG) with drainage via bituminized bent-edge profiles at the rear of the roof. Drainage runs through the rear right corner post via a water spout to the rear (water outlet approx. 120 mm above the ground).

Corrosion protection: The entire structure is galvanized, primed and color-coated or painted with an environmentally friendly two-component paint.
Corrosivity protection category: C4 medium (corrosivity based on DIN EN ISO 12944-2)

Variable sizes and numerous options for rear and side panels – including printable ESG – create weatherproof canopies for vehicles, materials or comfortable rest areas. The available type-tested structural calculation for high wind loads and snow loads saves you time and money.

Delivery options:

• Kit delivery - If the installation site is at a location that is not reachable by crane truck.

Options for foundation, base plates, fastening:

The following options are available for fastening to the ground or for the foundation:

• Fastening to an existing foundation (OKF +/-0) - for doweling onto foundation points or base plates provided by the customer.
• Paved surface (OKF -200) - For this you receive support posts extended by 200 mm, which are fastened with bolts or Highbond anchors and then paved over. Lengths other than 200 mm are also possible on request.

Options for unloading and on-site assembly:

• Self-unloading - You have the option of unloading the goods yourself on site, so we do not need a crane truck.
• Unloading by crane truck - Delivery and unloading on site by crane truck, without assembly.
• Unloading by crane truck incl. on-site assembly - The canopy is unloaded, positioned and professionally assembled on site by us and doweled to the ground.

• Lighting - Toplight LED luminaire - Energy-efficient lighting system with LED technology for greater safety in the dark. Even illumination of the shelter is achieved by a wide-beam transverse prism.
• Lighting with photovoltaics - identical to Toplight LED with solar panel incl. post and base plate for doweling. Independent of the power grid. The built-in battery has a capacity of 432 Wh.
• Heating - Infrared radiant heater, specially designed for canopy systems. The flexibly mountable wireless switch (battery-free) makes installation easier. The timer control supports sustainable operation of the heating.

Notes if assembly is carried out by us:
The required foundations must be provided by the customer according to our specifications.
With the order confirmation you will receive a foundation plan, whereby for the dimensioning we assume normal soil conditions (2 kg/sq cm).
It must be ensured that the holes of at least 100 mm can be drilled into the base plate without hitting reinforcement.
There are no supply lines in the area of the ground doweling.
In the quotation we assume that there is no longitudinal or transverse slope to an extent that would require an adjustment of the structure.
In a specific case we will gladly offer you a slope adjustment (at extra cost) on request.
Foundations to be created must be executed on the same level and horizontally without slope, with a max. height difference of +/- 5 mm.
Doweling by our assembly team on paved or asphalt surfaces (tar, bitumen, etc.) is not permitted.

Packaging:
The packaging material required for truck transport (wood, PE film, cardboard, etc.) is disposed of by you on site.

Delivery time:
approx. 6-8 weeks after order confirmation

Exclusion from exchange:
Items that are coated in RAL colors, special designs, or individually manufactured items are excluded from exchange (return).
