The single-leaf swing gate VARIO basic DS offers flexible design options for your property. The complete package includes a double bar infill of 6/5/6 mm, a frame made of 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm square tube, and gate posts with 60 x 60 x 2 mm.

The VARIO basic DS garden gate is supplied with lock and handle; an optional profile cylinder offers additional security. It protects your home from unauthorized access and perfectly complements the matching double bar mesh fences.

This garden gate is available in galvanized plus powder-coated (RAL7016 Anthracite Grey) finish. Special colors according to RAL are also available on request.
Under normal weather conditions, the protective zinc layer remains intact for up to 30 years. The additional plastic coating in RAL colors extends this protection by many more years.

Are the posts only for concreting in?
Yes, in this standard delivery program, posts are only for concreting in.
However, the posts can also be shortened on site, and thus the base plate adapter can be pushed into the post tube from below, and the gate post can be bolted on.

How are the fence elements connected to the gate post?
Gates are always supplied with 2 posts. The fence connection can be made via continuous fence angle hole strips
