Residenz select+ BRIENZ – High-Quality Garden Gate with Plastic Caps

The swing gate Residenz select+ BRIENZ impresses with its clean lines, durable materials, and attractive design. Perfectly matched to the fence models Residenz select+ BRIENZ and BASEL, it offers an elegant solution for private and commercial property enclosures.
Thanks to the variable mounting of the gate posts, the opening direction can be set to DIN left or right. The garden gate is delivered including lock and handle; an optional profile cylinder offers additional security.

This garden gate is available in galvanized plus powder-coated (DB703 iron glimmer) finish. Special RAL colors are also available upon request.
Under normal weather conditions, the protective zinc layer remains intact for up to 30 years. The additional plastic coating in RAL colors extends this protection for many more years.

Are the posts only for concreting in?
Yes, in this standard delivery program, posts are only for concreting in.
However, the posts can also be shortened on site, and then the base plate adapter can be pushed into the post tube from below, allowing the gate post to be doweled.

Die Bänder (Scharniere) sollten fest verschweißt sein, sodass man sie nicht einfach aufdrehen kann. Ein Übersteckschutz verhindert zudem, dass das Tor im geschlossenen Zustand mit einem Brecheisen nach oben aus den Angeln gehoben werden kann.

• Heben Sie ein rechteckiges Loch von mindestens 80 cm Tiefe aus (frostfrei).• Stellen Sie den Pfosten lotrecht hinein und fixieren Sie ihn mit Holzlatten.• Gießen Sie feuchten C25/30 Beton ein, verdichten Sie ihn gut und lassen Sie ihn einige Tage aushärten.

Eine lichte Durchfahrtsbreite (Abstand zwischen den Pfosten) von mindestens 3,00 Metern wird für das komfortable Befahren mit einem Standard-PKW empfohlen. Bei schräger Anfahrt sollten großzügigere Maße geplant werden.

Bei asymmetrischen Toren (z.B. ein breiter Flügel für Autos, ein schmaler für Fußgänger) übt der breitere Flügel eine deutlich höhere Hebelkraft aus. Der Torpfosten für diesen Flügel muss daher dicker dimensioniert und in einem größeren Betonfundament verankert werden.

Für höchste Langlebigkeit ist Metall die beste Wahl. Pulverbeschichtetes Aluminium oder feuerverzinkter Stahl können nicht verrotten, sind extrem stabil und verziehen sich im Gegensatz zu Holz nicht bei Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitsschwankungen.

Für Einfriedungen wie Zäune und Tore gilt meist eine Verfahrensfreiheit bis zu einer Höhe von ca. 1,50 bis 2,00 Metern (je nach Landesbauordnung). Eine Baugenehmigung ist selten nötig, jedoch sollten kommunale Bebauungspläne beachtet werden.

Ja, bei stabilen Torflügeln ist eine Nachrüstung problemlos machbar. An die Torflügel und Pfosten werden spezielle Halterungen geschraubt, in die dann die elektrischen Linearantriebe oder Gelenkarme eingehängt werden.

Moderne elektrische Torantriebe bieten vielfältige Smart-Home-Integrationen. Sie lassen sich problemlos mit Modulen für Bluetooth-App-Steuerung, WLAN-Gateways oder biometrischen Fingerscannern nachrüsten.

Nein, dies ist aus Verkehrssicherheitsgründen untersagt. Tore müssen zwingend nach innen (in das Grundstück) öffnen, um Passanten und Radfahrer auf dem öffentlichen Gehweg nicht zu gefährden.
