What makes platinum canopy on supporting structure so special?

Unlike conventional cantilevered canopies, which are mounted directly to the wall and exert high forces on the frame profile, our innovation relies on a special supporting structure made of brackets and wall panels. This technology offers the following advantages:

• Optimal stability : Loads are not transferred directly to the wall, but are absorbed via the supporting structure.
• Flexibility : Depending on the load, the supports can be positioned variably.
• Concealed mounting : After installation, the supporting structure remains invisible.

• Large spans : Support distances of up to 5.8 meters are possible.
• High snow loads of 85 kg/m² : Can also be used in regions with heavy snowfall, without compromising safety.

• Optional LED lighting : 1 transformer, 3 spotlights, motion detector.
• Increased snow load capacity thanks to additional load-bearing plates (on request)

Technical details of the Platinum canopy (245 mm):

• Supporting structure : Sword cantilever and wall plate (concealed within the canopy)
• Top covering : uncoated aluminum
• Lower covering : Closed aluminum panels
• Drainage : 1 scupper (standard position 11); for roof width > 2,500 mm: 2 scuppers (position 8/11)
• Components of the carrier sword :
  • Galvanized wall plate 200 x 200 x 15 mm, prepared for M16 / M12
  • Galvanized flat bar 70 x 12 mm

Efficient drainage

The Platin canopy features a concealed, pyramid-shaped aluminum covering that effectively channels water away. Drainage can be achieved as follows:

• Via a side gargoyle

• Optional: Concealed by the corner support or by the closed side panel
