Has your question perhaps already been answered?

The FRAME is made entirely of Corten steel (weathering steel). Exposed to the air, this material forms a protective rust patina that permanently protects the steel from corrosion and gives it its warm, rust-brown appearance.

Yes. Corten steel is made specifically for permanent outdoor use. The FRAME firewood rack can remain in the garden or on the terrace all year round – rain, frost, and sun cannot harm it.

The FRAME measures 60 cm in width, 26 cm in depth, and 100 cm in height (600 × 260 × 1000 mm). Thanks to its slim, tall design, it also fits comfortably in niches and against house walls.

The rack is delivered disassembled and has a bolted construction. Self-assembly is easy and done in a few minutes – tools for the screw connections are all you need; no prior experience is necessary.

No. The FRAME is designed to be free-standing and requires no wall mounting. This allows you to position it flexibly and move it at any time if needed.

In the initial phase, while the patina is forming, Corten steel can release some rust water in the rain, which may discolor light-colored floors. On sensitive surfaces such as light terrace slabs, an underlay is recommended at first; once the patina has formed, this effect diminishes significantly.

Yes. Thanks to the open design, air circulates freely around the logs. The wood continues to dry evenly, stays well ventilated, and is ready to burn at any time.
