The VESTA is made of weatherproof corten steel with a material thickness of 2 mm. Exposed to the air, corten steel develops a protective rust patina that permanently protects the material from corrosion and gives it its warm, rust-brown look.
Yes. Corten steel is made for permanent outdoor use. The VESTA can stay in the garden or on the patio all year round – rain, frost, and sun cannot harm it.
The three levels offer plenty of storage space and keep your firewood neatly separated – for example, larger logs at the bottom and smaller kindling at the top. Everything stays within easy reach and neatly stacked.
The VESTA measures 50 cm wide, 40 cm deep, and 120 cm high (500 × 400 × 1200 mm). With three levels and this height, it offers plenty of space for a good supply of wood.
The rack is delivered disassembled and features a bolted construction. Self-assembly is easy and takes just a few minutes – all you need are tools for the screw connections.
No. The VESTA is free-standing and requires no wall mounting. Thanks to its sturdy 2 mm material thickness, it stands securely and can be positioned flexibly.
During the initial phase, while the patina is forming, corten steel can release some rust-tinted water in the rain, which may discolor light-colored floors. On sensitive surfaces, we recommend using a mat at first; once the patina has formed, this effect diminishes considerably.
