Zum Öffnen mit Schloss

Von außen gesehen Scharniere links, Schloss rechts. Bis 1499 mm Laibungshöhe setzen wir ein Schloss, ab 1500 mm zwei – der Aufpreis gilt je Schloss. Sinnvoll, wenn das Fenster ein Fluchtweg ist oder Sie von innen putzen wollen. Scharniere rechts bitte im Bemerkungsfeld angeben.

Ab 1500 mm Laibungshöhe sechs Befestigungspunkte, darunter vier. Die Menge passen wir automatisch an.

Was steckt im Set?

Torx-Sicherheitsschrauben AW40 mit Dübel und Einschlagstern. Nach dem Anziehen wird der Stern in den Schraubenkopf geschlagen – danach lässt sich die Schraube von außen nicht mehr herausdrehen. Die 50-mm-Länge reicht, wenn Sie hinter dem Putz direkt auf tragendes Mauerwerk treffen. Im Set liegt ein Bit TX40 bei.

Wann brauche ich die längere Schraube?

Dieselbe Schraube in 105 mm Länge, für den Fall, dass zwischen Oberfläche und tragendem Grund mehr als rund zwei Zentimeter liegen: dicker Altputz, eine Ausgleichsschicht oder eine Riemchenverblendung. Zu kurz gewählt sitzt der Dübel nur im Putz, und der trägt nichts.

    Window Grille Model Mailand 2 Galvanized – Custom-Made Burglary Protection

    The Mailand 2 window grille model effectively protects your windows from burglary and, with its timeless, simple design, subtly blends into any facade. All connections are stable and professionally welded; we manufacture individually to measure in our own workshop in Bavaria – a master craftsman's business since 1955, Made in Germany.

    Configure to Measure

    In the online configurator, you determine all features and dimensions:

    • Size: Reveal width and height from 300 to 2000 mm, to the exact millimeter. Measure at the narrowest point – reveals are rarely exactly square. We determine the grille dimensions from your measurement.
    • Mounting type: on the exterior wall with a windowsill, on the exterior wall without a windowsill, or in the reveal – all three at no extra charge.
    • Opening function: optionally with hinge and lock, one or two locks depending on size. Useful if the window is an escape route or you want to clean it from the inside.

    Mounting Material

    You add the matching fastening set in the configurator: security screws with anti-dismantling protection, drive-in star for Torx and wall plugs – either 7 × 50 mm or 7 × 105 mm. The quantity depends on the fastening points: four up to a reveal height of 1500 mm, six above that.

    Which length? 7 × 50 mm is sufficient for concrete and for thin plaster of one to two centimeters. For thick plaster and for less load-bearing masonry, choose 7 × 105 mm – the screw has to reach through the soft layer into the load-bearing base, otherwise the plug only holds in the plaster.

    Very sturdy: the frame measures 30 × 30 × 2 mm, the infill bars are 12 mm thick, the spacing is a maximum of 120 mm, and all joints are professionally welded. The grilles are also fastened tamper-proof using security screws with knock-in stars.

    Nein. Unsere Fenstergitter sind nicht nach DIN EN 1627 geprüft und nicht zertifiziert. Die Norm teilt einbruchhemmende Fenster, Türen und Gitter in die Widerstandsklassen RC 1 bis RC 6 ein, die Polizei empfiehlt Gitter ab RC 2. Welche Klasse ein Gitter erreicht, zeigt nur die Prüfung. Deshalb bezeichnen wir unsere Gitter auch nicht als „RC-2-gleichwertig“. Zusagen können wir die Konstruktion: Rahmen aus Vierkantrohr 30 × 30 × 2 mm, Vierkantstäbe 12 mm mit höchstens 120 mm Abstand, alle Verbindungen verschweißt, Sicherheitsschrauben mit Einschlagstern. Die Ausführung im Detail sehen Sie zum Beispiel beim Fenstergitter Turin. Verlangt Ihre Versicherung ausdrücklich ein zertifiziertes RC-2-Gitter, sprechen Sie uns vor der Bestellung an.

    Yes, on request we manufacture the grille with a hinge and lock (one or two locks depending on the size). This allows it to be opened when needed – e.g. for cleaning the window or as a second escape route – and securely locked again.

    You choose the mounting type in the configurator: on the outer wall without a windowsill, on the outer wall with a windowsill, or in the reveal. Matching mounting material (7 × 105 mm security screws with removal protection and wall anchors) can be added directly.
