Which products are covered by the Best Price Guarantee
All products by manufacturer WSM (Walter Solbach Metallbau GmbH) in our shop, such as the Köln, Leipzig, Siegen, Passau and Jena canopies, bicycle canopies, bike boxes, bicycle racks and matching accessories. You can identify these products by the “Best Price Guarantee” notice on the product page.
What we offer
If you find the same product at a lower total price from another retailer within 14 days of placing your order, we’ll refund you the difference. We’ll transfer the money to your account or the payment method you used within 14 days after reviewing and confirming your claim. You’ll also receive a credit note by email.
Haven’t ordered yet but have found a lower-priced offer? Send it to us before placing your order. If it meets the conditions below, we’ll offer you the same total price.
When an offer is comparable
To ensure a fair comparison, the other offer must meet all of the following criteria:
- The same product: the same manufacturer (WSM), the same model and, where specified, the same WSM item number. The size, color, wall and cladding elements, delivery option (kit or fully assembled) and scope of delivery, including accessories, must also be the same.
- Brand new. B-stock, display models, used or refurbished products are not eligible.
- A commercial retailer based in Germany that delivers to your shipping address. This includes online shops and commercial sellers on marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay offering fixed prices.
- Available for delivery and open to everyone: The offer must have been publicly available to order between the date you placed your order with us and the date you notified us. A written offer made to you personally by a retailer also qualifies.
How we compare prices
We compare the total price you would actually pay: the product price including VAT, plus shipping and delivery. If you booked an additional service with us, such as delivery by crane truck, unloading or assembly, we’ll add the same service from the other retailer to the comparison. If they don’t offer it, we’ll compare only the items included in both offers on the same basis.
Vouchers and discount codes are excluded from both sides of the comparison. We use the price before deducting any voucher, both for our offer and the other retailer’s. For business customers, we compare net prices with net prices.
When the Best Price Guarantee does not apply
- Auction sales and offers from private sellers
- Clearance, insolvency and going-out-of-business sales
- Offers with an obvious pricing or typographical error
- Prices available only to a closed group of customers, for example, members only, customers with a loyalty card only, or registered users only
- Bulk or project pricing subject to a minimum quantity or tender
- Offers available only when purchasing another product
How to use the Best Price Guarantee
Email us at shop@kirchberger-metall.de within 14 days of placing your order. You’ll need:
- Your order number
- A link to the lower-priced offer
- A screenshot or printout showing the price, shipping costs, date and time. For a personal offer, a copy of the offer is sufficient.
We’ll review your claim and get back to you within 3 business days. If the offer page is no longer accessible, we’ll make a decision based on your screenshot. You can use the Best Price Guarantee once per product and order.
Right of withdrawal and your statutory rights
If you withdraw from your order, the refund no longer applies. If we have already paid the difference, we’ll deduct it from your refund. The Best Price Guarantee is provided in addition to your other rights. Your right of withdrawal and statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
