Window Grille Model Venice 2 Galvanized & Powder-Coated – Custom-Made Burglary Protection

The Venice 2 window grille effectively protects your windows against burglary and, with its decorative ornamental bars, simultaneously adds an elegant accent to the facade. All connections are stable and professionally welded; we manufacture individually to measure.

  • Frame: 30 × 30 × 2 mm
  • Filling bars: Round 12 mm, with ornamental bars (number according to illustration)
  • Distance between filling bars: max. 120 mm

In the online configurator, you determine all features and dimensions:

  • Size: Specify reveal width and height in mm – we will determine the grille dimensions.
  • Mounting type: on the exterior wall without a windowsill, on the exterior wall with a windowsill, or in the reveal.
  • Opening function: optionally with hinge and lock (one or two locks depending on size).

Mounting Material

Suitable fastening set can be added in the configurator: Security screws 7 × 105 mm including anti-dismantling protection with impact stars for Torx and wall anchors. We adjust the quantity to the number of fastening points.

Questions and Answers

Very sturdy: the frame measures 30 × 30 × 2 mm, the infill bars are 12 mm thick, the spacing is a maximum of 120 mm, and all joints are professionally welded. The grilles are also fastened tamper-proof using security screws with knock-in stars.

Depending on the version: hot-dip galvanized steel (S235JR), hot-dip galvanized and additionally powder-coated steel (color of your choice), or rust-free V2A stainless steel, brushed. All versions are professionally welded and weather-resistant.

Yes, on request we manufacture the grille with a hinge and lock (one or two locks depending on the size). This allows it to be opened when needed – e.g. for cleaning the window or as a second escape route – and securely locked again.

You choose the mounting type in the configurator: on the outer wall without a windowsill, on the outer wall with a windowsill, or in the reveal. Matching mounting material (7 × 105 mm security screws with removal protection and wall anchors) can be added directly.

Yes. You enter the reveal width and height in mm in the configurator; we then determine the exact grille dimensions and manufacture individually for your window – Made in Germany.

Available models include Turin, Pisa, Venedig, Mailand, Florenz, and Caorle – from plain (square or round bars) to decorative with ornamental bars. Each model is available galvanized and powder-coated; Turin and Pisa also come in stainless steel.
